Get in touch

While we really want to receive a carrier pigeon in the mail holding a tiny scroll, filling out an inquiry form on our website is the best way start correspondance with our team and get the process rolling. Once you submit an inquiry form, we’ll respond in a day or two with information and pricing. At this point, if you love what you’ve seen, and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set up a virtual meeting! We are fully booked each year with custom and semi-custom stationery clients, so if you are interested in working with us, reach out early to guarantee your spot on the calendar! Looking for some early pricing details? Check here for semi-custom and here for custom design details and pricing info.

Let’s talk!

Our first meeting over zoom will cover a lot of ground, we use this initial touchpoint call to get to know you and your needs for your wedding. We’ll share images and examples of our stationery so we can figure out your likes and dislikes, when it comes to stationery design. We’ll talk design options, details, budget, timeline and more so we can decide just how to bring your vision to life. This meeting acts as your first design consultation.

update our relationship status

Let’s make it official! After your call, we’ll send along all the notes and details we discussed with you. We’ll set up your client portal which will include your project proposal(s) with full pricing and options, your detailed timeline breakdown, the design contract, and more. We’ll also send a sample pack your way so you can touch and feel some of the beautiful products we’ve made for past clients. If everything looks “lovely” and you’re ready to book, you can do so by accepting the proposal, paying the project deposit(s), and signing the design contract. Once completed, we are officially your stationery vendor! Let’s do this thing!

Send us all the deets

You will receive a detailed timeline from us in your client portal, that outlines what we need from you, and when. When your “information due date” approaches, head to your portal to fill out your form(s), upload any inspiration images, and let us know all your final design decisions! If you have any new ideas or questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out over e-mail to let us know- we are here to support you in the months leading up to your wedding, and are happy to help!

Design time!

Now it’s time for us to get to work creating your one of a kind stationery! We work as a team to draft up your digital proof, taking cues from the design call, and any follow up details you’ve shared along the way.

HERE COMES THE PROOF

Next comes your design proof ! We create your design proof and share it digitally. It looks just like the real thing so there are no surprises about what each piece will look like and how it all comes together. Between the digital proof and the samples you received in the mail, you’ll have a great sense of what your final product will look like.

Edits and revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included in the design process, which for most clients is more than enough to hone in on a perfect final approval form where you review all your final details!

Final approval

Time to review each piece to make sure it’s picture perfect. This is when you’ll send us your final address list and payment so we can officially begin production!

PRODUCTION

It’s time to make your dreams a reality! We work with professional printers and suppliers to bring all the elements of your stationery to life. Production & assembly, and packaging of your paper pieces typically takes 4 weeks. Once your items have arrived at the studio, we package everything up beautifully to send your way!

SEND-OFF

You can opt for us to assemble each suite to make it all picture perfect. Then all you need to do is take a final peek, seal, stamp and mail to your guests! Some clients prefer to do their own assembly and in that case we give you everything you need to make them look amazing. We’ll include detailed mailing instructions so it’s easy as pie... or in this case, wedding cake!

HAPPY DANCE

Your beautiful custom design is on it’s way to your guests! Now just sit back and wait to hear back from all your AMAZED and excited guests!

Working On Multiple Projects For Your Wedding?

Most clients work with us on save the dates, invitations and a wedding day package (or just invitations and wedding day items if you found us later in the game). We consider each of these three items it’s own “project”. When you book with us initially your first deposit officially locks in the first project (either save the dates or invitations) and tentatively locks in the timelines for the following projects.

For instance, if you created save the dates with us, as soon as they are completed, we start over at the “update our relationship status” part of the process. You’re invitation timeline has already been tentatively held, and after your receive your save the dates, we’ll need the invitation deposit to officially confirm you’re moving forward. You will also have another design consultation call to discuss your invitation design in more detail before we start designing.

For wedding day items (which we call wedding day packages) we will need confirmation of your package selection and the deposit for your wedding day items about 6 months before your wedding. This way, we can plan the busy wedding season accordingly! We will have another design consultation call regarding your wedding package design elements 4 months before your wedding.
